You knbow whats really funny to me?

4 or 5 years ago we would have shat our drawers at the thought of downloading one megabyte in 5 seconds. Almost inconceiveable at the sheer thought of it. I remember downloading drivers and programs before I went to bed.....so I would not tie up our phone lines for 5 or 6 hours.

Oh how we have gotten spoiled!

We use this all the time for our 3G network... have you tested throughput across your network Mark?

I was 8.2... I wonder where performance ceases to be fantastic.

BTW... With the free test you got a nice spyware cookie tossed in at no extra charge. It is in the Windows "Cookie" folder so it is easy to dump, but as long as you have it, it's running and logging your surf activity.

    okay okay okay okay,

Get this..... A week ago, when I was at my dorm, I did a speed test on our T3

    ***8Mbit/s UP AND DOWN***

I kid you not, I once downloaded an MP3 in 3 seconds :D:D

I used to host online 1st person shooters w/ 16 people in my room no problem. (Rogue Spear NOT counter strike)

The only problem was, that was peak, and it fluctuated quite a bit:(

    Tony,
Don't remember it fully, but cookie purge will dump it. I think it began with my screen name.

I'm playing with a trial copy of PestPatrol by SurfSecret. It detected the cookie.
