Thanks in advance. Moving into a new home and my new rec room is 28x13.

I have the following but don't know which is the best setup. The left over I will use in a different room.

Onkyo TX-SR 707
M70s
M60s
M50s
M40s
M30s
DSW PRO 600
BIC F-12

Or do I need to get some more powerful than a 707?

Really dont know which way to go here.

Welcome to club polk. If I were you I would definitely go with 70s up front, 60s in rear and the 50s as your surrounds assuming you are going for 7.1, if you are probably the dsw...but why not go all out and use both subs especially in a room that size:p:D Will definitely help fill the room with those lows helping to fill any nulls and voids that you might experience using only one sub.

The 707 should be fine for moderate listening levels in that size room. However, you might consider external amplification to really get the most out of your speakers. I would recommend snagging a 3-channel amp for the front soundstage, then letting the 707 handle the power for the surrounds.

I would also highly recommend looking into a more capable subwoofer since your room is so large.
    Equipment list:
    Onkyo TX-NR3010 9.2 AVR
    Emotiva XPA-3 amp
Polk RTi70 mains, CSi40 center, RTi38 surrounds, RTi28 rears and heights
SVS 20-39CS+ subwoofer powered by Crown XLS1500
    Oppo BDP-93 Blu-ray player
    DarbeeVision DVP5000 video processor
    Epson 8500UB 1080p projector
Elite Screens Sable 120" CineWhite screen

Thank you very much...I will try the 7.2 setup. can the 707 drive all of these or should I definitely get an external amp? So would the external drive the fronts and center only? Any suggestion on an amp and a sub if these two are not sufficient? Thank to both of you..

i suggest use m40 as rear, m30 as surround, mounted 2 ft above listening level..dolby sound track are designed that way

use m70 as front and throw m50/60 somewhere else..
    707 should be fine.

my M70s should be here anyday now.

im planning on M70s for the fronts, M50 for the rears, M40s for the SS and a CS2 for the CC. i have a pswi225 for my sub, but plan on upgraded here soon.

your setup will be close to mine minus you have more boom!
