PSW202 Blowing Fuses

My Mom has a PSW202 sub that is having an issue with blowing fuses. I have read on the forum about an apparent flaw in the design related to the capacitors and/or in the amp itself. Can anyone confirm that simply changing out the caps will solve the problem or is this a sign that the amp is shot? And if it is possible to change the caps, could you provide me with the details of the repairs that are necessary?
