    Article says it was a "Public Party" which implies that anybody who bought a ticket could attend.

    If he wants to party, let him. If he wants to leave the party, let him. If something happens after he leaves, hold those involved accountable. This whole "story" looks like an easy opportunity to drop Vick's name and get more hits/ratings/etc. The guy wasn't there so who cares. IMHO it doesn't involve him so nothing should happen to him. Just let him go back to being a crappy football player.
