    Antibiotics are a concern but not the main one in terms of the food we eat. The bigger concern is how the foods in our diets and the ways they are grown and made have changed based on bad science, politics, and other influences. There is a good book on this subject called "In Defense of Food" by Michael Pollan.

    I stopped buying imported seafood a long time ago. I used to buy fresh gulf shrimp. Now BP has effed that too. Sad state of affairs at the moment.
