Helping configuring Denon AVR-1910 with Polk Surroundbar 42"

I recently picked up a Denon AVR-1910 and Polk Surroundbar (42" model). Given I'm no home audio expert, I could really use some up getting the optimal performance out of the Surroundbar and Polk PSW4040 sub (which I already had). I have all of the wiring and connections made (I currently have a Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and my cable hooked up using HDMI), but where I need help is with speaker settings and which surround mode/surround parameters to use. Any other tips with getting good performance out of the Surroundbar would also be greatly appreciated. Thanks for the help!
