My 42" Sansui Plasma TV loses the picture after being on for about an hour. I can tap the back right side of the TV and it comes back on. Any ideas?

Yeah I know Sansui but it is all I got.
Sounds like bad connection somewhere if you can fix it by tapping. The problem is you really need to know what you're doing when you're opening one of these flat panel TVs - the voltages inside are high enough to kill you.Panasonic PT-AE4000U projector for movies

Most likely the power supply,seems to be the number one problem with plasma's. Call a tech,get a rough estimate, for what a new one costs, you maybe better off going that route.HT SYSTEM-
