I love Baozi but the ones I get are usually filled with pork and eggs. Man, you're making me hungry.
Thanks for the reply. I need to go "native". lol -

I can attest to cnh's claim that the Chinese diet works. I'm 6'2". In fall 2005, I was weighing in at an all time personal high of 195. I then moved to China for 8 months and dropped down to 167 by the time I left (though in addition to diet, I was also exercising regularly...I'm talking an hour-run nearly every day and riding a bicylce around the city as my main form of transformation on a daily basis).
Unfortunately, since returning to the States 4 years ago I've gained all the weight back and then some, and feel terrible about it (weighed in at an all time high of 205 last week). This summer's goal: eat less, cut out sugar, and get more exercise. I'd like to get down to 185, which I consider an ideal weight considering my build.
So cnh: be careful when you return. Just as easy as it was to take off the pounds there, its just as easy to put them back on here. Trust me. Btw, I also have a Chinese (Taiwanese) wife. Unfortunately, she's became quite an expert in preparing American cuisine since we moved back here a few years ago (a big part of my problem!)2 Ch.

When I started dating my future wife (in 2007) I was 5'9" 200 lbs and 13% BF. I was a total workout freak (5 days a week 2x a day). Fast forward a bit over 3 years and I'm 260 and about 35% BF. I got way too comfortable. I can't remember what the inside of a gym looks like. When I lived alone, I only bought the essentials to eat because I know that I have no will power. My wife is small (5'5"/117). She can eat 1 cookie. I can eat the entire bag. I started doing P90X about a month ago and lost 10 pounds instantly. But then had to take some business trips and got out of it. Started back up this week. Definitely need to get back into player weight.
