I currently have a new pair of Polk LSi 15's. I just purchased an Outlaw audio 1050 reciever. The receiver when turned on emits a mid to high freq. transient pop. Not extremely loud but you definitely can hear it thru all 4 speakers. It doesn't matter what volume the receiver is set to.The relay seems to switch on much faster then any of my previous gear I have owned.
I am trying to contact outlaw to see if this is normal. Do you think it could damage my LSi's. It's definitely not as bad as the gear from the 70's when you would get a loud thump and see the woofer moving wildy in and out, but still annoying and disconcerting considering todays equipment improvements.
Anyone else have the outlaw and had the same problem. Possible speaker damage?
