Help a noob build a LSi system...

Really appreciate all the help everyone! Is it going to be okay to power those 25's off the Pioneer AVR until I get my Sunfire?

So I picked up the Pioneer today, just getting it all set up. Since I will be running it a bit before I get my amp I need to pre select the Ohm rating? I can choose 6 or 8? Knowing they are 4 ohm what should I set the impendance at? My current surrounds and center ate 8ohm.

Couple more questions guys, What sub would you recommend for this system, was going to go with the micro-pro 4000 and I can get a good deal on one but will it pair well for HT use?
Also I am finding with my AVR when I switch between HD and non HD channels I have audio for only the HD? I have to shut the receiver off and back on to get the sound to work? Any suggestions?

Okay update time! Picked up the LsiC, and the LSiFX's yesterday, after a rewire of my entire basement with 10gauge wiring and mounting those beast fx's on the wall we were good to go. Right now is my current setup.....

Pioneer Elite vsx21 AVR
Emotiva XPA5 (On it's way)
APC H15 Power conditioner
Polk LSi25's
Polk LSi C
Polk Lsi Fx
Crappy Sub...(to be replaced with 2 Velodyne MiniV10's)

So all in all running the system without an additional amplifier as I wait for my Emotiva to come. Is like a small picture of how she can sound, cant wait to feed these beasts some power!
Running into space issues in my tv stand for all my gear, will either need a top of the tv mount for my center channel, or a new stand... Suggestions?
