I recently hooked up my center. It sounds kinda flat (mid-range) like. I tried changing the settings from Small to Large and played around with the crossovers too but still has the same result. Could it still need a break-in period? Thanks.

Are the binding post jumpers in place?

    Yes they are.

Shouldn't it sound as crisp and detailed like the LSi15s?

yes, but they need to be powered by a capable amp to sound the best....

    I have a Adcom AVR that is 4ohm stable. I don't think it's a underpowered issue.

Did you actually re-run the audio calibration and did your AVR detect the center?

I turned on the Center channel. I don't think my AVR has a calibration function.

My AVR is the Adcom GFR-700.

    Thanks...

positioning the center above the TV is the best while pointing down towards the seating area....

it sound like you already have LSi15's and try to put the LSiC in place of the LSi15 (left or right) and see what kind of sound you get....

The difference in the break in with the LSI's wasn't night and day IMO.

Is it in a cabinet? Can you post a pic of it taken from your seating position?
