Polk Audio RT3000P and CS1000P

I'm selling some speakers I never thought I'd sell but with SRT's in the house, there's not much need to keep them around. I don't plan to ship these due to size and weight but wanted to put the opportunity out there to keep them in the Polk family if someone wants to drive a few extra miles to get them.
The speakers are in very good condition. I would rate them overall at an 8 out of 10 due to age and a few minor cosmetic issues here and there. Probably the biggest thing is that there is about a 1 inch spot on one of the subs where the vinyl has come loose.
Both RT3000 subs have new capacitors from Polk installed and all drivers, etc. are functional. The subwoofer on the CS1000P still works just fine.
These have always received good-quality power via an Adcom GFA-7500 (also going up for sale in another thread shortly) and have never been overdriven.
I'll post some pictures once I get some batteries in the camera.
I'm asking $750 for the RT3000's and $450 for the CS1000P or best offer.
I'm located in North San Diego County.

Honestly, I still find my SDA 1C's more musical overall. However, since my Pioneer is in the shop, I've been using the Anthem Pre 2L on the SRT's just so I have something working and there has been a noticeable improvement. I am selling the Adcom and going to try to find something a bit more powerful. A nice Parasound is most likely the next move. For grins, I'll likely try out the Anthem Amp 1 on the SRT's in the next few days just to see what they can do with tube goodness all the way around. When it comes to HT, the SRTs pack a SERIOUS punch. Something interesting I've noticed not having an HT reciever for the last few weeks is how amazing the SRT's are with the SDA effect. I seriously find myself thinking the center channel speaker is on most of the time and then realize I'm still listening to movies in 2-channel.____________________________________________________________

IMO, Polk needs to figure out how to create weightless speakers to ensure future resale capability between the East and West coasts (and everywhere in between)____________________________________________________________

I understand the rules on selling gear, but not everyone reads all of the rules in the forum they just joined.

My point exactly.
87% of person-to-person communication is non-verbal. Meaning, of course, that it is really easy to misinterpret intent from emails, since the face-to-face interpretation cues are not available. He might have been saying something malicious, or he might have been trying to give what he considered to be good advice. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt. Just suggesting that others might want to do the same.
BTW, this forum is owned and operated by Polk Audio. They, not the users, get to determine what is said and how. We are all guests here and should behave accordingly. My 7.4.4 DIY 4k Home Theater:
