    Dammit... I knew you were gonna say Dio when I saw the title of the post. I knew he had cancer, but hadn't seen that he died today. Sad day indeed. Gonna go crank Rainbow in the Dark now.

    I loved his music from his work with Rainbow, his days with Black Sabbath, and his solo work. Three of my favorite hardrock/metal CD's- Heaven and Hell, Mob Rules, and Holy Diver.

    Sad news indeed. One of the benefits of living in Los Angeles is hanging out at places like the Rainbow Bar & Grill on Sunset. Ronnie was a regular there and a great guy off stage as well as on....
