non-common gound amp and SDA CRS

I've a pair of SDA CRS's. Do I need to apply the Inter Connect cable fix so I can connect them to my Denon 5808?

    I take it you cant tie the neg speaker terminals together.

    Do you have pin blade IC sockets, or blade blade sockets?

    The instructions for the non-common ground hardware call out the pin-blade IC cable. I have a blade-blade IC cable, does that make a difference?
