Why don't people wear decent clothing?

I don't know if any of you have ever gone to the site people of Walmart.com. Pretty hilarious. People in jorts with wife beater t-shirts, etc. And that's the minor stuff in bad clothing and haircuts. However, the irony is that it's not only people in Walmart that dress like this - it's everywhere. What ever happened to not wearing sweats to go to a restaurant, not wearing jeans to church, putting on business (at least casual) attire to go to work, not dressing like crap to fly in an airplane? The list is endless.

    agreed.

hmm I think we should make a booze thread out of this...

and big deal people dress like crap. Not everyone is going to look like a GQ mag so get over it.

BTW not sure why you bothered to come to an audio forum if you never talk about audio besides posting in the club house about nothing.

Everytime I've had a question/issue re audio I've simply done a search on the forum and found my answer.

I never had it like this where I grew up. But I send my kids here because the fact is you go to one of the best schools in the country: Rushmore. Now, for some of you it doesn't matter. You were born rich and you're going to stay rich. But here's my advice to the rest of you: Take dead aim on the rich boys. Get them in the crosshairs and take them down. Just remember, they can buy anything but they can't buy backbone. Don't let them forget it. Thank you.Herman Blume - Rushmore

I've certainly had my share. I used to fly so much (1K United AND one year Exec Plat on AA) that my upgrades would expire all the time. I still have an envelope full of free drink coupons for United somewhere at home. Even after multiple vacations and family flights, I had banked 800K miles. Haven't traveled much in the past few years (thank God) but next week I'm in 4 cities in 4 days on both coasts.

So do you lug your bedpans around in your carry on? Must be fun trying to explain to security why you need so many.

I can easily appreciate your pain. It's like having servants. You'd think it would be easy, but then you realize that every day, when you wake up (and even before you ring for breakfast), you're going to have to TELL them ALL what TO DO to keep themselves busy for the whole day! It's so damned tedious, day in and day out, thinking of all that ****. I eventually just dismissed them all and told them to go home.

The problem now is that the kitchens are in the former servants' quarters, and the dining room is miles away. By the time I cook my own stuff and put it on a tray to carry from the kitchen to the dining room, it's already cold ... and of course, since there used to be servants, there is no dishwasher. All that hand washing in that huge ugly sink. It almost makes me want the servants back, except that I think they all joined together to form some new business where they could use their old uniforms: naughty nannies, I think it is called. The male servants have their own **** oriented activity too, bodacious butlers or something like that.

At least you won't have to use those pesky "free drink coupons". I mean, how debasing is that, having to produce the coupon for the staff as if you were begging, or something. Ugh! They should be properly briefed about your importance as a customer, and recognize you on sight immediately!
