Yeah nothing impressive. Things I still need to do.
Stand for the gear, stands for the FXI6's as right now they are setting on just some boxes lol as I couldn't get the one side to wall mount properly due to that stupid closet door and some treatments I would like. Seeing the room is all white I was going to see about doing some black out treatment to the front wall but don't know.

Can't paint in my place so kinda sucks. but here are some pics. Nothing fancy but it gets the job done. Oh and the CSI5 is currently in use, I've been kinda lazy to bring back home my CSIA6 as I was using it to measure out for building a stand back at my parents house yet never bother to bring it home with me, ops.

Looks good. The cable management sort of takes away from what could be a kick a$$ looking HT. Other than that, I like it. Nice selection of gear also.

Nice setup but I suggest getting a better rack. One that can hide up all those wires.

thanks, yeah I need to get a better stand thats for sure. its just been taking me forever to decide what I want to do. Also want to get some chairs instead for the seating. for a rack I think its going to be an VTI but still wouldn't mind a salamander.

I sit about 10ft back I think is what I measured it out to be. Its enough so you can sit and now have to turn your head back and forth but just get everything in one spot.

does anyone have a suggestion of how I could do some better cable managment? I was planning on the VTI rack however its still all open so not sure how I could get it to look cleaner.

I am sorry, I have no opinion on the matter. I am sure you do. So, don't mind me, I just want to talk audio and pie.

If you are doing any remodeling in the future, maybe you can hide them in the walls or floor.
Other than that, I like polkatese's idea of the loom.
Mine is a mess too right now, but I will be putting in hard wood floors and new base board trim, and will be hiding them in the base board and the floor will have plates.
Then, whatever the component is sitting on, take the loom, and also zip ties with the sticky squares attached, routing behind and hidden, said stand.

can't remodel as this is an apartment that I'm not allowed to do anything to. If I had my way things would be set up a lot better if I had the house I was planning on buying.

Thanks for the cable info guys!

I know this isn't the greatest HT out there and once I finally settle on a job and get a house I can do a better dedicated room for everything.
