Well, the history of my LSi spike/cone sets wasn't that awesome at all.
First, a couple months ago, when calling to order 2 spike/cone sets for my two cherry LSi15s, even though I mentioned I'm a CP member, I was charged the regular price of $10 a set, with shipping it came to $25 for those two sets. I did not complain because it's just a few bucks, not worth it!
Then last week, after acquiring another set of LSi15's from one of our CP member in the Flea Market section, I called again, this time announced that I'm both a CP member and a proud owner of a total of 9 Polk Audio speakers/sub. Thank goodness I was given a 20% discount, making it a total of $17 shipped for another 2 spike/cone sets (which means a total of 8 spikes/cones for 2 speakers).
Guess what? The package came a few minutes ago with 2 little spikes/cones. Somebody got the nerve to break open that little plastic to send me half a set! Well, I guess I can use it for half a speaker
This is totally ridiculous! I called but the Support line was off during the weekend, so I got to whine here to release some fire!

Hi Kyle, I already called in the early morning. Two sets were promised to be sent out today, so I was taken care of
