Two weeks notice a thing of the past?

I'm a contract PM and always give two weeks notice. This guy is advocating leaving immediately. Thoughts?

    I love to fry my catfish with a Cajun style breading....adding a lil wasabi to the tartar sauce is a nice twist too..................
