It would help if you know your soil pH. Lime trees like acidic soil and preferably below 7.0. What type of soil do you have? Is it, more clay, peat, sand, silt or loamy? To lower your pH you need to add sulfur. To raise it (which is probably not necessary) you would add lime (that's calcium carbonate, not actual limes......;):D)
