I have one of these as well. Great Blu-ray. And a very nice CDP below 1000 dollars (will compete with any up to that range). So a mid-fi CDP with decent sound and a fabulous BDP! Sure is cheap for what you're getting?
Good luck with the sale Leroy...I assume you have 'another' that you ARE keeping for yourself..because these are nice pieces! Firmware updates available for download on Pioneers site...simply burn to CD. If you can't, any number of us can make copies of our disks for you (perhaps excluding me...because I'm not in the U.S. yet?).

Yes, got the box, remote, and instructions. Load time is about a minute from power on till movie menu. Never timed it because it's not that important to me. I usually turn it on load the movie then go grab the popcorn and drinks. By the time I get back it's ready to roll. -
Price drop $150

this is a FANTASTIC blu ray player.. i have used one for more than a year now.. it does take a minute or two from power on to open the drive door.. it is actually quicker, when you have the machine powered off and you just press the open button.. for whatever reason it opens quicker like that.. but it is also for you guys that have an older receiver and want lossless audio via analog channel output.. it can configure the crossovers as well and does a pretty good job of setting up the speakers considering most receivers with the xception of real high end units can even adjust the settings on analog signals..
you cant really go wrong.. it upscales like you wouldnt believe.. as good as or better than ps3... -

Still available.....
