sound goes off after 4 seconds?

Hello all, please help:
When first turning on the TV, the sound bar works for about 4 seconds and then goes off. I have to press the OPT button 3 times to get sound back. How can i sync it so that the sound stays on when turning on TV? Thank you so much!

Polk's CS guys got back to me and suggested that either the cable or the soundbar is at fault and suggested get them exchanged. Send an email to: Ken.Carter@soundunited.com and Ken will get things handled.
