I like what wiki said: The runzas sold by the Runza restaurant chain are rectangular while many of the bierocks sold in Kansas are round buns. I guess mine are rectangles also :p1 · -

I think Most Nebraska & North Dakota people call it runza but they add cheese inside it. I manly us just ground beef, cabbage, onions, salt, pepper, touch of worcestershire sauce and Caraway seed…2 · -
