The cold doesn't have much effect on framing, it's moisture that does. There are ways to dry out the house once it's framed and the roof is on.1 · -

I owned a pair of sda2a speakers since 1987 and they need a lot of current to shine. I blew up 3 different receivers with the sda2a, the fosi might drive them but it's not a good match for them.…2 · -
