They probably have to be airtight, especially after you twist them off a few times and ruin the plating. I never have a problem with the furutech locking banana and RCA plugs.1 · -

The cold doesn't have much effect on framing, it's moisture that does. There are ways to dry out the house once it's framed and the roof is on.1 ·
