Unusual the above SDA-SRS 2's that the tweeters have not been changed after all the other crossover work and such. Maybe they lost interest? Those 2's are very nice speakers.2 · -

Took one of the old SL 3000 tweeters apart. Burnt voice coil as expected. However there was ferrofluid in there.2 · -

That's a later set I would think Peter Snell did not design those. Don't mean they aren't great speakers though. Who knows, I never heard a set.1 · -
