Wall mounts for speakers?

i bought a RM 6750 package the other day. just wondering what speaker wall mounts are recommended. everything i'm finding is plastic that holds up to ten pounds. i'm a little nervous of using plastic, but like i said that's all i'm finding. will those work ok? or is something more solid recommended?

    Options
    Omnimount 10.0 will work best. It uses the 1/4 #20 threaded insert on the back.

    then does that mean for the center speaker you would need two, correct? sorry, but i am completely new to surround sound. thanks for the info
