Yep, it's a film camera, and a damn good one at that. I realize most people today have never seen a film camera, but they actually still exist! I've finally found a DSLR that I think is close enough to the Canon in terms of quality, so it's time to let the Canon go to someone else.
Here's what you get:
1 - Canon Rebel G camera w/ UV filer
2 - 35-80 Canon lens w? UV filter
3 - 80-200 Canon EF II Lens
4 - YA2, 6Z Cross, and Polarize filter
5 - Camera Strap and Bag
6 - Wired shutter release remote
7 - 4 rolls of Fuji film (3x400, 1 200)
I'd like to get $150 SHIPPED CONUS for the package. I'm not really giving this away, but looking around at comparable packages that have sold on eBay I think my price is fair. At much less than my price I'd just hang on to it as a spare.
Thanks for looking

Nobody?

That is an excellent price for an excellent combo; I guess that there's not much interest in film nowadays._________________________________________________

That is a great deal on a really good camera....but...
I have several nice 35mm film cameras that the only way to move them would be to give them away. Digital RULES! (literally). There are still a few diehards that like film but they are few and far between. I know a guy that teaches a nature/landscape photography class and he requires the students to shoot film and learn to develop the prints. I'm considering taking the class and using my old Minolta SRC-SCII camera just for "old time sake" and to learn some of his techinques (because he IS good). I know I could utilize with those skills my digital camera."Just because youre offended doesnt mean youre right." - Ricky Gervais

Digital is king now, but you have to spend quite a bit to get the same quality you get in a film camera. I love my little Nikon D40, but this Canon takes better pictures, not by a huge amount, but enough to notice.
I finally broke down and bought a D300, which is a damn nice camera. Between that and the N80 I have laying around I just no longer have a use for the Canon.
Besides, I'm a Nikon guy now, I'm not allowed to own any Canon camera gear right

I gotta think about this. The lenses will work with my XSI... hmmmm

You didn't just gradually step up.....you JUMPED up a few rungs to the D300........
I'm looking to get the D90 in the semi-near future.........should be interesting, as I have no idea how to make most of that thing work........lol.......comment comment comment comment. bitchy. -
I also just grabbed the D90, from Amazon on a super deal a couple weeks ago. It's a VERY NICe camera, and the HD video thing is kinda cool too. I personally think it's the best value in the Nikon line currently, especially at the $1100 I paid for the kit...

So you just bought a D90 and 300? Why both?comment comment comment comment. bitchy.

So he can give me the D90, of course! So you just bought a D90 and 300? Why both?
I just looked it up, and that thing's pretty awesome! A pretty rocking DSLR that also records video? That's sweet!

I actually bought the D300 back in August, right before I created this thread. I just picked up the D90 a couple weeks or so ago. As for why both, well the D90 wasn't out when I bought the D300

I'd heard lots of good things about the D90, and wanted to test it out. I know it's not going to be as good as the D300, but after my first round of pictures this weekend, I'm thinking it's good enough. I may keep both, but will likely end up selling the D300 at some point... -
I'm comfortably obsolete. I just bought a used D1. Gonna party like it's 1999.
Also bagged a nice FM2 film body. Just need some lenses now. -
