How far will the 2nd remote work if i were to have two tvs running off one receiver? Im wondering if its possible run cables from the basement to directly above in the kitchen where the 2nd tv would be.... Probably not, and if not is there any type of remote extender i could purchase? Thanks for any tips.

If component 3 wire RG6 cables I don't see any problem, you may even get the PIP function to work with another cable added so 4 RG6.
I'm not a Bell user so not sure about what cable wise is needed for the PIP but I don't see why not if under 50' or so. Just my $.02
