need help to identify this silver Philips receiver

This silver Philips receiver is for sale to me locally. The guy is asking $55 OBO for it. He can't find a model number on it.. but buy looking at the Blue Book on it... Philips only made two silver faced receivers..
AH-784 and AH-786
does anyone know if this picture is of either one of those or another model number? and what is the value.. BB has them at around $10 to $35 used.

I don't know what model that receiver is but I would only offer him $10-$15 the most.
