Give Outlaw Audio a call & let them help you get it repaired.

Try cycling the power on options switch on the back. There's an issue with these amps that has been discussed on the Outlaw forums where the switch gets a little dirty and doesn't make contact, which prevents the amp from powering on.

Check the fuse! Might be too simple but fuses do go out occasionally on their own.

sounds like the interconnect is making it go into protect mode.. replace the interconnect and see if that helps.

Relax, I had mine for a year & never had any problems with it. I since passed it on to Willow & as far as I know he has had no problems with it.

Then again I never used the switch I just left it in standby to turn on automatically when it got a signal.

My previous flipout had to do with dkg's post(#3). I may be getting p.o.'d for nuthin'.
I figured with all the members on here that have them, they were a safe bet. We'll see.

BTW, Outlaws' coming out with new preamps in the fall. Don't know how often component co.'s come out with new lines. Hopefully, they'll address the HD formats for Dolby & DTS

I had 8 M200's at one time. I had a 9th one that had some issues and another CP member was up to the task of attempting to fix it. I had one that the power option switch was a little dirty, and a shot of CAIG fixed it. Every once in a while I would be moving them around and I would bump the power option switch on one and get it in-between settings, and it wouldn't power on. Move the switch back-and-forth a couple of times, and all is good. I think they changed the switch on the M2200's.

Just a minor weak point on these amps, probably the only weak point. I wouldn't get too worried about it.
