    Wow ... that is a great price and with free shipping it is very tempting. Anyone have any experience with Belkin power conditioners or surge protectors?

    Do these actually have any sonic benefits besides just surge protection. I am interested in some conditioning but I am leary of losing dynamics.

    One problem I seem to have is that I go through tubes much faster than I should. I am wondering if it is somehow related to my AC, being an old house, with old wiring, in an old neighborhood.

    Unfortunately it is 98 dollars up here....but still a good deal if it is an improvement.

    I am using the PF60, with two Adcom amps (GFA - 555 and GFA - 7607). I use the PF60 as a delayed on switch for the GFA-555 2 channel (200 wpc) amp. I also have the GFA-7607 7 channel (125 wpc) amp plugged into the Belkin PF60, however, on the always switched on feature. I also have a small sub (Martin Logan Dynamo) hooked to it. I activate the Belkin PF60 which activates the Adcom GFA-555; then manually turn on the GFA-7607 after the spike of turning it on has ceased. Once those are done, I will activate my pre-pro, and digital components which are hooked to a separate APC H10 power control center which has automatic voltage regulation. The two amps will show up to a 4-6 amp spike at start up (each), but will settle down to about an amp once there on. If I fired everything off at once, it would probably blow the 15 amp breaker. I plan to upgrade to a separate 20 amp circuit or add another 15 amp circuit down the road. Hope that helps.
