Is this audiophile, or even good?

I found this on CL and thought it looked interesting. Since I am not the expert on tubes, I thought I'd ask people who know more than I do. It looks like a straight forward project, but is it worth it?

    From further research, it looks like these drove a "tone cabinate" that looks to be the powered speaker to an electric organ. Hmmm...

    Im not sure its worth it but it might be a fun project to tinker with and get your feet wet in tubes.:)
