I have a pair of M6502 drivers for sale. They are both in good condition and work perfectly. Asking $45 for the pair plus $10 shipping.

    Where did these come from?

    They don't happen to be shielded, do they? I don't think any 6502s are shielded.. but thought I'd ask.

    I'm sort of interested... I see you don't have any other replies yet. I need to ask Polk about shielding these.. I'm interested in building a center speaker to match my others.

    If I get there, I'd be offering $50 for both, shipped. Is that even a possibility??

    These are not shielded. They were given to me by a polk audio dealer here in hawaii that went out of business a while back. They were used in the Monitor series of 1988-1994 vintage. They are excellent drivers. If you could get a SL-2000 tweeter and have proper X-over they would make a awesome center channel, especially if you have the older polks; as far as the shielding you could problaby add some bucking magnets. Let me know.

    I want them if you'll go $50 for both to my door. I haven't heard back from Polk yet about shielding a DIY center.. but hell, I bought two Polk crossovers and didn't have a use for them.. must be fate that these popped up, given that each crossover requires two 6502s.

    Let me know if you want to make a deal and we'll figure out details. This would be my fifth purchase off the forum - I can give you references if you'd like, concerning payment.
