I am just about to hit six weeks so hopefully they will be coming soon! I sent in my 5 free Blu-Ray movies at the same time and those haven't come either. So it looks like both sides take a long time. Hopefully next week!

Already been covered. An update to that: I got a letter in the mail last week saying I was about 3 weeks away from receiving my movies.

I received a letter from toshiba today, denying my request. They say my receipt is invalid as the date (11-2-07) is not within the dates specified by the offer requirements (between 10-1-07 and 2-28-08). WTF. I have an email into toshiba now concerning the matter. Did anyone else get cheated out of their offer?

I don't have HD DVD, and Blu Ray for me is the PS3, so its not like a went out to buy a blu ray player. My free movie order went in mid September, and I have not gotten them yet. I also have not bought any blu ray movies yet since I want to A/B the Blu Ray movie against the normal upscaled DVD I have now. For me, the free movies were going to serve as a demo of Blu Ray and determine whether I buy any of these disks at Christmas. Since I don't have my demos yet, I am but shelling out over 2x for the blu ray version of any movies I buy this Christmas. Maybe if they had gotten here sooner, I would have purchased few as Blu Ray this year. But, I won't be rebuying any movie just to have a Blu Ray version of it.

I've been waiting for mine since September. Finally got a notice in the mail this weekend stating that the movies are expected to be shipped in mid-late January. At least I know that my order is being process. The funny thing about the notice was that they gave me the option of cancelling the order. WTF is that? Why do I want to cancel something that is free?

There is no website that you can check the status so you must call them and tell them you have been waiting for a long time. I got my movies a week later after i called them. I guess they might have something that speeds up the process once you call them.
BTW i got the movies in about 6 weeks.

I just got off the phone with them about mine and they said it was being "processed" and should be shipping out shortly. I'll guess I'll see what shortly actually means. ha.

I promise, if you call them, have them look up your rebate, and ask when they are shipping out, they will be shipped within a couple of weeks.

Both times I made a call, they were shipped within a few days. Still took 3 months overall, so could be coincidence, but at least you can hear that your info got to them and is being processed.

Well, the 5 movies arrived today. So, I now get to see what all the Blu-ray excitement is about. Unfortunately, they sent me a replacement for the Italian Job (the only movie on the list that I actually wanted!)

Got my five yesterday. Forgot how crappy the selection was - the only one I really cared about (Apollo 13) I actually got for Christmas. May have an extra to throw up as a karma if my friend doesn't want it.
