Both speakers and beaks are in excellent condition. I feel the Rainmakers are 9/10, but I will rate them an 8/10 to be safe. I am the second owner. The original owner sold these to me via Audiogon.

The speaker stands in the pictures are StudioTech SP-30 - SP Series: 30" Steel Pillar Speaker Stands. I presently have them filled with sand, but will disassemble if you would like these stands as well.

Totem Rainmakers - $500 plus shipping.
Totem Beaks - SOLD.
StudioTech Stands - $75 plus shipping

Drop me a line and we can talk about the above.

The URL below will take you to my showcase where you can view the Rainmakers and Beaks for yourself.

Good score Jan. Ya beat me to it! While the beaks were designed specifically for Totem products, they can be effective on other speakers that sport rigid, yet light construction. The trick is to feel the cab and place them where you feel the most vibration. As always, its best to experiment around a bit.
As much as I want to believe this, I have tried and failed to hear any difference. I moved the damn thing all over the tops of the speakers and nothing sounded any different. It gooes back to the old quarter trick.

If the rainmakers were only black. Great prices, BTW.

    Dan,

I can respect your results. In fact, I've encountered no audible differences on a slew of products. Yet on my Totem Staff's - the differences are there. Of course, one can always question the "value" of the Beaks at full retail price. But for what SolidSqual is asking; it would be damn near criminal to not give them a shot!
    Agreed.

I realize many people enjoy black electronics; however, the mahogany is actually very deep and rich, thus looks exceptional near darker electornics. Any takers? They will be heading over to audiogon later this week without the "Polk Member Discount."
