What should I set everything at?

    For the sub??? Try it at 80 then 100 then 120 and listen to how it sounds.

    ok what do those actully mean? and what should i sent my fronts, rears, surrounds at?

    setup all speakers to small and set the sub crossover in the AVR setup to 80hz or 100hz or 120hz. that will setup the crossover in the AVR.
