    Ya know... while Paul's offer (on the surface) seems absolutely rediculous.... This is EXACTLY how I bought my CRS+'s from Hoosier (GA Russ). He sent them to me and after I checked 'em out, I sent him the cash. Thats how important trust is among Polk members exchanging equipment. Of course (evidently), there is a considerable difference between Russ and Scott.

    Thanks George... Scott appears to be located in Kzoo and if he's referring to Kalamazoo, MI and if that's the case I'd be happy to look at the unit and deal with him in person. I used to have a tfm55, but sold it in college due to a cash crunch. I really miss it, because it was very kind to my Polks. You don't happen to know of anyone else who has Pre sunfire of tfm for sale do you?

    You can USUALLY find them on ebay or audiogon from FAR more reputable sources.

    Ask rskaravan about the 'free' speakers that Scott was giving him that (all he had to do was come get them) that ended up costing him 120 bucks after Scott all of a sudden (after Ron had driven to get them) started having separation anxiety. Ask madmax about the 100 dollars that Scott owes him. Ask flason about the amp that he paid for and never got and it took Scott FOUR months to pay him back.......I could keep going but I'm hoping you get the point.

    The dude belongs behind bars, seriously.

    I'm pretty sure that's the amp I paid for and never got. If someone would deal with that piece o' ****, so be it. If they have been reading the posts and still want to deal with him (even in person), it shows their character as well. I wouldn't even click on one of Scott's post. Paying attention to him, positive or negative, just means he'll keep coming back. Wouldn't have posted here, but wanted to see what George had to say.

    Be carefull. Dangerous person. Several identities. Keeps your money at will and friend posts alliance to him. Real loosing situation. Used to be ok but has become a user of forum people. Gives me the shivers. We ask him to pay up and become a valid member but the amount he owes is more important to him than a good community view. Be careful with this one.

    If he were to pay up I would personally leave him alone but he see's no value in that. I was the one who offered him some time to pay off and ended up being the one he focused his anger on and started being threatened by. Go to hell, ****.

    Sorry bout getting the amp wrong there, but you had my money so long, the memory of the amp has faded(like the hopes of madmax getting his money). Kinda like your dealing with people.     I was happy for the longest time if he would just pay what he owes. He wont. I really don't want to post anything bad about anyone but I really don't want him to do the same to others. Scott, Pay the f***in $200 back and I'll not have to post about it in the future. He wont't and if he thinks he has to face me in the future that is fine. I am tired of being the butt of his joke.     Look guys,

    Our boy Scott is thriving on the negative attention. Here, he is SOMEBODY (negative attention is better than none) and he gets a reaction. My guess (and I bet I'm not too far off) is that his life is so pathetic that he craves any attention he gets. Personally, I'm all for ignoring all of his posts, but when he tries to sell something, different story.
