Speaker Selector Jimmy RIg

Can I take an Adcom speaker selector that takes one set of inputs and splits them out to 3 and use it "backwards"? I want to take 2 sources and be able to switch them between one set of speakers? I attached a picture of a similar one.
If so, I would have to be careful not to engage both sources at the same time, of course.

The Adcom GFS is an ohm compensating switch. I would NOT do it. And like you said an accidental switching on of both amps could be very very bad.
If you are handy with general electronics you could try to find a 4 pole double throw high current switch. That way there is no chance of damaging your amps except for improper wiring. What kinda power are you trying to route, and why?
Curious BenPlease. Please contact me a ben62670 @ yahoo.com. Make sure to include who you are, and you are from Polk so I don't delete your email. Also I am now physically unable to work on any projects. If you need help let these guys know. There are many people who will help if you let them know where you are.
Thanks

I you like Dr Frankenstein, you could use 2 DPDT knife switches (1 on each speaker)

OK. You all have talked me out of it. I just want a way to do simple system A vs B comparison, with all else equal.
I can building something like you suggest that isolates the systems from each other. I was hoping to get by easy.Jolida Tube
