Freakin car service departments

Well, for the past few weeks i have noticed that my new car was idling a little funny (low enough where the car would shake somtimes) so i decided to take it into the dealership to have them check it out.

Well the first time they said that they raised the idle and that it was fixed, great, if that was the case. As soon as i left the dealership i noticed it was doing the exact same thing again. So i called them back when i got home and set up another apointment for them to check it out.

Well i took it back in and they said there was nothing wrong with it what so ever, they said that was normal! I was pissed off when i left there becasue the guy was pretty much just lying in my face just becaseu he could not figure out what was wrong with it. Any way when i got home and opened up my driver side door i noticed that my newley installed sr6500's had a huge **** dent in the entire grill:mad: . The whole thing was dented all the way in. I called them right up and told them that i was going to figure out how much it costs to replace the grills and they were going to pay for it, he replied with that is nothing that he can do and he would tell his boss.

Anyway my question is where can i get replacement grills for the woofer of the 6500's and how much do they cost?

    I have no idea, i he probably kicked the door open with his foot or somehting when he was getting out of the car like a jackass, o yeah and in case you guys wanted to know it was a honda service department
