I am getting the upgrade bug and I need to see if there is any interest in my existing equipment:

NAD T761 A/V Receiver - 5.1, 80 WPC
NAD T571 5-disc DVD/CD Player - HDCD,MP3,etc.

Anyone that might be interested? If so, I can provide more details.

Thanks,

Ray

I will get the information together tonight. Is it absolutely necessary to provide pictures? Also, what level of details would you be looking for. I have never posted in the Flea Market before.

    Thanks,

Keezer.....what do you mean "how much do I need"? I WANT to buy a center channel speaker, that's the only thing I'm missing now to complete my system.

I have included a couple of links here to reviews of both the receiver and the DVD player:

    NAD T571 DVD Player Review

    NAD T761 A/V Receiver Review

The equipment is in mint condition. I have the original manuals, but I don't have the boxes (I lost the boxes to a crawlspace flood). There are no scratches on either piece.

Price: $1000.00 for both (shipping included)
    DVD Player: 350+shipping
    Receiver: 550+shipping

I will try and post pictures later. What is the best way to post pictures to the forum?

    Thanks,

    Ray

    Don,

Its not going to cost a hundred bucks to ship a receiver and a DVD player, you might want to consider that.

I am having trouble uploading pictures of the NAD gear. They are all greater than the maximum size of 512KB (not by much). Would it be better to zip them up and attach them?

    Thanks,

If they are JPEG files already, zipping them probably won't save much space. Use photo software to shrink them to 800x600 and they should be small enough to upload.

Attached, please find several pictures of the NAD equipment. The little gizmo on top of the receiver is a separate NAD phono amp. The T761 does not have any built in phono amp.

I realize that it won't cost $100.00 to ship, I was just trying to cover all bases. The prices that I have put on the receiver and DVD player came from the avg selling price from the Audiogon Blue Book. Based on the condition of these items, I used that price directly. The prices are not carved in stone.

    Is anyone still interested?

    Mazeroth,MSKeezer,Polkmaniac,Willow,

Are any of you guys still interested? If no, what might the reason be? Do you think the price(s) are too high?

    Thanks,

For me the price is a little high. It's a fair price, but above what I could spend.

Same here as much as I'd love to snag that receiver, that price right now, converted to CAD funds plus the fact I'm going on vacation next week, just bad timing.

I think the DVD is priced a little to high. Looks like the last one on Ebay went for $300 even. If you compare what you can get on Ebay for $350 (both in single and multi disc) to the NAD, you are looking at some pretty high end stuff. I'm not sure about the receiver, but I know you can get a heck of a nice Denon Receiver for that price (like my AVR-4802)
