I just read through this and have to jump in. I have been around for a while and for the most part have kept my nose clean but not perfect. That said, I come here for an escape, to have fun and enjoy my hobby. I will say that I have been a little paranoid lately on the board myself. Since my first priority is fun I probably tend toward class clown a bit too much and lately I have felt I'm more of a pain so I have not posted as much. I have been told my Polk classification should be changed and really I can't disagree. I'm no expert but I like to enjoy what I have and you can take that to the bank.

I have made friends here, many acquantenances and in general have acquired a better sense of what our hobby actually means. I intend on hanging around but I guess I should keep my heals cool and read more than I post.

I wouldn't worry too much. I've never seen you post anything out of line or offensive. If someone doesn't like what you've posted in their thread, I'm sure that they will let you know about it. I for one don't want to see the members that have been here forever toning back or reducing their number of posts.

I don't see anything wrong with casting a little humor in a thread every now and then. Most can judge whether or not the comment would be time or thread appropriate.

This thread reminds me of the orchestra playing out to a tremendous crescendo, the meters pegging, the rafters shimmering in harmony, then, all of a sudden absolute silence. Then from the very back of the musicians, a single violin is heard playing a quiet melody for nine minutes, giving everyone a chance to pause and recover......
