Did you get a gift receipt? If so, you're in good shape.

    Hello,
The process is pretty simple, remove the tweeter from the cabinet and disconnect the two wires attached to the back of the tweeter. Send the tweeter to Polk Audio, 2550 Britannia Blvd., Suite A, San Diego, CA. 92154. Please include a short note giving us your name, address and a copy of the sales receipt and we'll quickly send a replacement tweeter.
    Regards, Ken
