A friend told me to try the 6502 instead of the 6511 in the SDA spot on my speakers. Have to say now I am enjoying my SDA speakers again. Tried posting this before and guess I lost it somehow. Anyway, I have multiple 6511 woofers each with some kind of problem. I do not recall all these problems years ago, bottoming out, resonance. Affecting the sound quality. Mid-range always sounded off. I had almost quit listening to my favorite set of speakers, SDA 2b s. I do believe its possible that after all these years the surrounds/spiders are weak. Anyhow I tried it and I am very happy with the results. May not be for everyone but for me... It worked well!

One more thing. Added a set of VR3 Anti Diffraction Pads. I like the addition and think it helped as well. Well worth a try. "

Wish I had seen that before I bought... I covered some of @xschop's aluminum bezels with them and believe me as good as those look I would not have covered them if I did not really like them. Great job again Trey. Thank you. Did not know you were still selling any other way that eBay these days. My fault. I have not been on here nearly as much. Mostly over at Phoenix these days.
