The Scorpions' Action LP is a 1980 German reissue of the band's 1972 debut album, Lonesome Crow, released on the German Brain Records label.

Hey PMan,
what are you trying under your Kefs?

What happened was I had to get a new chair for the listening room. The new chair was 5” taller than the one I retired. So I replaced the 1/2” MDF plate with 3 layers of plywood to help raise the speakers closer to ear level. Also adding feet to the KEF’s. Now I’m very close to height I needed.

I also made amp stands for my Quicksilver Mid Mono amps with 3 layers of plywood. To keep with that look.

Nice looking spacers. I was a bit surprised that simple layers of plywood came out so nice.

Heard this on RP just now. I was surprised to find out this guy was the lead singer for Stone Roses back in the day. If you liked them, this might be up your alley. I'll be looking for more of his solo stuff.

Busy Summer and didn't realize she had a new album until a few weeks ago. One of the few Country musicians I listen too.

Between this and the end of the album is probably my favorite stretch of Industrial music of all time.

I remember the first time I ever saw the Scorpions was in 1979 at the "Pennsylvania Jam" concert at Pocono Downs Speedway. It was an awesome star-studded event thet Ted Nugent headlined but this song really made an impression.....

They were really good back then.
I saw them with Ted and Ac/DC (who stole the show)

AC/DC wasn't at Pocono Downs. Wish they were though.

Here was the lineup.....

Tyrannosaurus Rex: A Beginning is a 1972 double-LP compilation album by the English rock band T. Rex. It combined the band's first two acoustic folk albums—My People Were Fair and Had Sky in Their Hair... But Now They're Content to Wear Stars on Their Brows (1968) and Prophets, Seers & Sages: The Angels of the Ages (1968)—following their massive glam-rock breakthrough.
