There can be issues, but nobody on the Polk forum owns a soundbar, so nobody on the Polk forum can offer useful advice on how to overcome any issues that do arise.

    Come again?!

Why don’t you drill down on those threads and see how many times the issue was ever actually answered.

Do you know anyone on this forum with a soundbar?

No, you do it. Because that's what you're gonna be left with here.

Instead of bickering and finger-pointing, why don’t you HELP this CUSTOMER??

How about the Brewers? The were swept in the NLCS last year by the Dodgers and it looks like they just might return the favor this year. They were down 4-0 and have now tied it up?

Do you know the answer? Do any of those who were banned or otherwise removed from the forum know the answer?

Why are you bickering in this thread instead of answering the question?

As a matter of fact, I DO know the answer - as I’m sure a few of the other “non-inclusive” members do as well.

    Apparently you do NOT?

How so? It's the old members trying to start issues, as usual. These members are also appear quite active on the new forum. They'll keep it going at least until the thread is removed. Rinse, repeat.

Why don't I tell someone how to remove the trim rings on Legends? I don't have Legends, or have any experience with the Legends. Same with soundbars.

You could research it like I did…. That’s what a lot of us old “non-inclusive” members used to do. Now it’s up to you;-)

FFS guys, both sides. Take a timeout and quit being keyboard commandos. Ryan has this place on a "test" now. Meaning greater scrutiny. If any of you wish to keep this place going, stop arguing and find something we can all appreciate.

Just trying to encourage the “new guard” to provide the customer service that many of us used to. Apparently, that’s not important any more.

You win Bill - I’m out. Good luck all…

Well the Brew Crew completed the revenge sweep of the Dodgers. JoJo Romero gets the win again for the 2nd day in a row. Pretty-awesome.

I'm not trying to win, I'm trying to keep this place around for multiple reasons. My post wasn't directed at you, but at all the other arguments.

@Ryan_Polk I will answer your question and address you. It seems as if this thread is going dowhill fast.

Whether it be on this thread or another, I will answer your question. You now see what this decision has caused. I can't help you there, but I will address it. Life right now is just getting in the way.

While I agree, what makes you think this forum is being "tested"? He didn't say that.

What's worries me is the lack of new products, as old products are discontinued after Samsung took over. Hopefully that changes.

Ok, technically, he called it a transition period, but the meaning is the same. Based on recent actions, is this something you all want to test?

Guys, WTF? Go listen to some music and quit arguing before this entire place gets deleted and Polk puts its focus on Reddit.

With all due respect, the posts above this one by you, up to your previous post, I don't see any arguing going on, only a few observations. Sometimes emojis help, but we don't have many cool ones to choose from.

    I have one..... B)

Currently not pairing so trying to figure it out, likely a bad surface mount component. Was sitting around for a later PC setup but want to mess with it.

I will raise my hand as someone who owns a Polk soundbar. It's a MagniFi Mini AX and I've been pretty happy with it. It's connected to my guestroom TV and I use it for YouTube, workout music and occasional movies.

I bought two Magnifi mini when first released. Both run a minimum 10 hrs s day. Never an issue with either.

That all said, there is something I want to note. The forums are looked at by others within Polk Audio and I'm on the side of keeping it up due to the wealth of information and community that has developed over the years. Even before I joined the company and entered this role some years after that, I was a fan of Polk Audio since I am from MD myself, I'd be a bit sad if the forums were closed down. It seems to be a yearly discussion on how the future of the forums will turn out these days and I try my best to make the argument to keep it up.

I've been hearing that LA tanked. They want to head into the winter being able to claim that small market teams are viable, and therefore, no salary cap is necessary. I have no idea how true that is, but it almost makes sense. I am now awaiting what Uncle Steve does this offseason, he's got the deepest pockets out there and a fan base salivating for a chip. But hey, congrats to the Brewers anyway, they can take comfort that they won't face Pete Alonso again.
So, are you willing to put forth a little effort or are you happy sitting in your skeptical poo pile?
