When marketing budget is put into quality affordable devices?

It's not hard to find discussions and videos on the internet that talk about how much money is spent on marketing audio products.
I've seen videos about very low cost products that are claimed to sound as good or better than their competition but people ignore them since the name brands are unknown to them. I usually ignore such videos but decided to watch one today about the cheap buys on Amazon that claim they are just as good as counterparts for a fraction of the cost since they don't sink a ton of money into marketing. Here are 3 examples. Was wondering if anybody has ever heard these.

Fosi Audio V3 amp While I've not heard any of their products, this is the only brand I've heard of.

Specs do not have a direct correlation to sound quality, this is where this audience loses me completely.
Most of these Chinese companies spec well but sound terrible.
There's a big gap in this hobby where people I think honestly have no idea what a 2 channel system can actually sound like. I hope that's not misinterpreted but a great example is delta sigma dacs versus R2r. On paper delta sigma should smoke R2r but that is no where near true.

I'm not shy at trying the budget stuff first. Example my Fiio K13 r2r dac. I've only use/heard DS dacs previously. Now that I've heard the difference for myself I'm pro R2R and feel ALOT better about spending alot more on a upgraded R2R dac latter in the future.
I've not listened to any of the brands you've mentioned, but I have heard of TOPPING and Fosi audio. They are well reviewed and accepted in many circles. My main concern when purchasing just about anything from Amazon is the counterfeit market.
Buy direct. RIP brick and mortar.

Topping makes great affordable DACs. Fosi makes great cheap class D amps. Affordable stuff for people who aren't super critical. Great for a simple desktop system or a TV setup. For the price, they both make great entry level products.See profile for rigs. Nothing else here.
