Subwoofer hookup: Integrated Amp and AVR

in Subwoofer Hookup & Bass Management
Hello all. I am looking for help on how to hook up my SB13 Ultras to both my Cary integrated (it has preamp/subwoofer outs) AND my Marantz AVR. I've tried, but seem to only get one or the other. If hooking up to the Cary, it works great for music (actually integrates well), but when activating HT Bypass, I have no sub through my Marantz for movies.

    Long term bump! I am using a mini dsp for the subs.

    There will be settings for bass management in the Marantz
    You want LFE+ main and set the main speakers to full size (no crossover)
