What rear model surround speakers?

Hello all you wonderful people. Thank you for your time and advice. Excited to be a part of the community. Ok so hear we go.. I want to do a 5.1 or a 7.1
Here’s the list of what I have to work with. So any ideas or suggestions in setting this up right would be greatly appreciated. Would love to know how you would set this up with what I have to work with and suggestions for upgrades are welcome too.
Here’s the list
Yamaha RX-V795a
2- xt70 towers (main)
2-lsi7 (Main or rears)
I- lsim70c (center)
B&w sub
So my question is ..what’s the placement of what I have right ? Or not? Also Whatca think about
getting some Fxi A6 for my rears ..
found some for 150.00
worth the additional expense? Also can I mix all the different type of models like LSI, Xt, and adding the fxi a6 or is there a comparison model for those rears you suggest?
Whatca think? Thank you all for your help .. really appreciate it ..

    Welcome to Club Polk!

What are your room dimensions and furnishings?

    Do you have a
    - display (eg TV or projector)?
    - DVD or Blu ray player?

You need to replace your AVR w/one that has HDMI connectivity if you plan to enjoy BluRay or 4K media. I could not “google up” specs for your AVR. The rear panel images didn’t show any HDMI connections indicating it is obsolete. In its favor are RCA outputs that allow connectivity to external power amps for all 5 channels - a worthwhile feature on your AVR shopping list.

Hold off on those Fxi a6 speakers as your current AVR has connections for only 5 channels.

Others will eventually chime in w/opinions.

I think “lsim70c” is missing a character. (eg Lsim703C) Please verify your center channel speaker model nomenclature. Google does NOT produce any images of the same⬆️.

For clarity, I was referring to an AI bot that has now been removed.

The fronts should all be timbre matched, is what I learned from the Elders on this forum, but I went all out all of mine in a 7.2 are timbre matched, just saying.
