Well I guess it's true there has always gotta b one. I thought I made it clear that I don't have any knowledge about these speakers. Which yes that means I'm naive on that topic but thanks for pointing that out. Maybe u have diminished memory issues. And who gives a f*ck if I have an obsession with tweeters mids or subs? What is your obsession with being a a*shole? Everyone else here has been polite and cool then u chime in with attitude for whatever reason. It's super easy to b a bad a*s behind a keyboard cause n person u wouldn't act like that with me. I'm done with this **** because I can already see how this will end up. If u have problem with anything I have said here we can always meet up for lunch if u r anywhere close to Bakersfield, Ca and figure it out because talking **** online is b*tch ****. Have a good one.

It's a simple test of endurance to see how easily you get offended. The Infinity forum probably did the same thing. Don't let it get to you. F1Nut is an a$$hole. Not me. I'm Mr. Wonderful. Stop being a pu$$y and show us pics when they arrive.

The tweeters in the SDA SRS, SDA SRS 1.2 and SDA SRS 1.2TL speakers are a progressive point source. Only one of the tweeters plays the full high frequency range. The other 3 play different limited high frequency ranges.

    Your assumption that more tweeters
means even more highs is rather naive.

What is your obsession with a lot of highs, do you have diminished high frequency hearing?

I find not one thing in this post that can be construed or interpreted differently, other than he is trying to offer you what you asked for. That being that you wanted to know more about these speakers.

He started out by educating you on how the tweeters work in this speaker. He went on further to educate you on your assumption that more tweeters means more highs, stating that your current knowledge is naive. This is honestly a true statement. Not a dig at you, just the truth.

Then he asked a logical question. He wanted to know if you had diminished HF hearing. This is important, at it helps us to help you in answering questions, plus, it helps us to know you and your situation better. Some people actually do have diminished hearing. That's just a fact of life for some.

17 posts in and responding in the manner you did, is not a good way to start out making friends here. This forum is a wealth of knowledge on the very speakers you are getting. It sounds like you are just scratching the surface on things you would want to know about them. Responses like this will not gain you any friends, will limit the amount and quality of responses you get, and posting in this manner might actually get you banned.

I would advise to take step back, look at his post differently, and then possibly offer this gentlemen an apology. Maybe even a,"Thank you" for taking the time out of his day to answer your inquiries, and showing that he actually cares to share the information he has with a complete stranger that is a new guest in this house.

I have no dog in this fight, but I found your subsequent posts distasteful and out of line. We are a passionate bunch when it comes to audio. We love to share information about this wonderful hobby, but we prefer to do it without name calling, abuse and the bickering BS that other forums seem to allow.

    Just food for thought.

Ok maybe u r right but there's not many better ways to say that? I think so. Was I not polite n grateful B4 that? But yeah it is what it is. I am polite until I feel like someone is coming at me foul. I made it clear I was not knowing then to say I'm naive yeah that's what I said and what's my obsession with that was rude to me. I'm not gonna come back here no problem and I'm definitely not apologizing. To everyone who was polite and helpful I thank u and very much appreciate it. I felt I learned a few things here about the SDAs!
