    Yeah, he made the announcement about a month or so ago. Complete bummer. He was my go to guy for most all of my tubes. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure you got what sound traits you were looking for, based upon your rig, your current observations and goals.

    I rarely bought tubes elsewhere. Usually, it was when he was out of stock of a specific tube or tube variant. He will be missed.

    The only tube seller I know of that is more knowledgeable about tubes is Andy at vintage tube service, but he takes longer to ship tubes, than Brent Jesse.

    Hi all,

    I just wanted to clarify since I’ve seen a few questions come up—Brent has officially retired, but Audiotubes.com has not disappeared. I’ve acquired the business and am currently in the process of transitioning everything over.

    I’ve been in the tube business for over 25 years and have known Brent for just as long, so my goal is to continue what he built while getting things back up and running as smoothly as possible.

    I’m still in the middle of moving inventory and setting things up, so orders aren’t quite open yet—but they will be soon.

    If anyone is looking for something specific in the meantime, feel free to reach out.

    Appreciate everyone’s patience during the transition.
